We recently hosted a group of European customers to review a customized production solution, including detailed discussions on moulds, tooling, and line integration.
A key challenge was the limited space in the existing workshop, requiring multiple layout adaptations. In parallel, energy consumption constraints were also factored into the final design.
We developed several optimized solution options balancing space utilization, energy efficiency, and production performance, followed by technical validation and factory visits to observe similar machinery in operation.
The customers were satisfied with the proposed solution and confirmed strong confidence to move forward. The project will become a first-of-its-kind production line within their group and region.
